Web Editors' Tasks And Responsibilities
by Dennis Kellett
So that no part of producing a monthly website be too much work and responsibility for a single person, the tasks and responsibilities for producing various parts of the website have been separated into a number of editorships.
Following is a list of the editor positions. An ideal situtation would be having more than one person for each of these positions in the event that an individual editor, because of other obligations, would not be available to complete his work by the deadline.
- webmaster
- editor-in-chief
- announcements editor
- membership editor
- calendar editor
- fishing tales editor
- fishing expertise editor
- conservation editor
- photo editor
Each of these editors is a member of the communications committee.
