As your website editor, I have to announce that the pipeline of articles is drying up. It is
the middle of winter, after all. If you have an interest in writing an article about a trip, a fly,
a short story, or anything fly fishing, please contact me. I can help you get it in shape and published on
the PFF website. |

| | Spring Fly Swap |
| what: |
We're planning another swap. A fly swap is a way of exchanging flies. Typically
the group selects a theme (mayflies, emergers, terrestrials, etc.) and
each participant ties a dozen or so of one pattern. Then all the flies
are pooled together, and each tier gets back two flies of each pattern.
To see the results of last year's swap, see the fly
tying page. We are currently soliciting themes so if you have a
favorite type of fly, please express your preferences. |

| what: |
Unlike the ISE, the Fly Fishing Show is dedicated only to fly fishing.
It's a wonderful opportunity to overdose on fishing gear, casting demo's, and fishing
seminars. For more details, see the show's website.
