Installation Party

Cost: $20 per person-reservation required

Sign up sheet at June 2009 meeting. You can mail to Les Junge, your reservation at 2607 Ponce Ave. Belmont, Ca. 94002-1540. Cut off day July 12, 2008.

The program will be like the Christmas party, the club will supply the ice, soft drinks, water, glasses, and eating utensils. B.Y.O.B.

Food: Hot and cold appetizers, cold meats and cheese with salads.

If you can help set up the room prior to the party, please contact me (Les Junge) and let me know.

Once again, we will do a members special appetizers table. It should be something cold and be able to stand on the table for a couple of hours, and serve approx. 10 people. Remember to use some type of disposable serving container. Please contact me with what you plan to bring, so I know how much space is needed. Thanks.
