The San Mateo Show is now a thing of the past and we look forward to the San Rafael Show with nearly as much enthusiasm as the opening day of trout season. At the same time, the club continues to organize fishing trips and other events for 2005. While it seems as repetitive as an old song, the club is still in need of some good people to volunteer for positions in the club. If you can lead a trip or volunteer some time to help please contact George Conway (571-7231) or me (574-7998).
This next month will start to kick off some spring fishing take advantage of the warmer weather and go. We'll be looking for the reports. Get you gear tuned and be ready. Clean those reels, lines and other equipment. Check the waders. Perhaps they don't fit and need to be replaced, or maybe they just need some Aquaseal. As always, our advertisers are willing to help and are a great source of information. Also, you can always get great tips by attending the workshops and asking members.
For 2005, we have a strong group of new members. Say hello and don't be afraid to ask questions. That was the way we all learned. And to those members with more PFF history behind them, by all means go out of your way to welcome some of the newer members.
