Ken's topic is “Expand Your Fly Fishing Experience with PhotographyOutdoor Photography Tips Everyone Can Use."  Take images that have impact! Make your pictures more engaging. With a few solid tips and easy techniques anyone can improve their image quality. It’s never been easier to get into photography especially with cell phones and “point-n-shoot” cameras. Sharing your experiences through visual media is a celebrated part of the fly fishing legacy. Ken’s background in art and design is the basis for his approach to creating interesting imagery.

Biography:

2005 Hall of Fame Inductee, Federation of Fly Fishers (N. California Chapter)

Ken has been in the adventure angling industry since 1970.  He is the author of seven fly fishing books and also writes and photographs for both national and regional publications in the outdoor industry. His video/DVD’s celebrate saltwater & freshwater adventures.

Ken’s extensive field experience spans the globe; from the highest peaks in Tibet and the Himalaya, to the remote wilderness regions of Asia, New Zealand, Mexico, Europe, and North America. From panfish to roosterfish, he’s caught over ninety different species of fresh and saltwater gamefish.

As always, members can join the speaker and other members at 5:30 pm for dinner and a beverage beforehand at City Pub, 2620 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063.
