This is a great program and fun day designed for all levels of fly tiers. It is a tie-along format. Instructors include master tiers Harold Patterson and Mike McGuire.

There will be a structured program for beginning fly tiers and advanced fly tiers. Beginners will learn to tie popular trout flies, the infamous Woolly Worm, Elkhair Caddis, Hare’s Hair Nymph, Pheasant tail and Beadhead nymphs. Before the end of the day they will learn the most effective way to tie a parachute dry fly.

We have both materials and tools available, but encourage to bring your own if you have them.

For intermediate and advanced tiers there will be advanced tiers demonstrating patterns that are less familiar and this offers the unique opportunity to improve your skills and learn new techniques.

$15 fee for the day including lunch and materials. Sign-up online to save your spot, walk-ins welcome when space available.
