A reminder to PFF members -- if you purchased a Steelhead Report and Restoration Card for the 2024 season you must report your results online or mail in your card -- even if you didn't fish for steelhead at all! Or if you fished for steelhead but didn't catch any over the minimum size for reporting (16 inches), you still must report your results.
The data all anglers report is extremely important and is used by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) in making fisheries management and regulatory decisions. The information submitted by steelhead anglers directly influences the way your steelhead rivers are managed. Funds generated from the Steelhead Report and Restoration Card sales are dedicated to managing steelhead fisheries and supporting the Steelhead Report and Restoration Card program.
