PFF's web hosting provider Club Express has implemented upgrades to improve website performance and response times. Our website was migrated to an upgraded platform, which has helped website response time and availability and things appear to be running normally again. We appreciate the patience and persistence of members who had to overcome challenges in using our website, particularly for renewing your memberships or casting your vote for our new officers and Board of Directors. Thank you!
Some members, however, are still experiencing problems logging into our site. Here are some tips and a workaround if you are having difficulty:
If you see "Login failed" when you try to log in, then you must reset your password. Click the link that you forgot your username/password and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you enter the correct username and password and nothing happens, try opening up a "private" or "incognito" tab or window in your preferred web browser and log in again. Often this is all that's needed to log in. If you still can't log in with this method, try this "work
around":

On the home page, even though you're an existing member, click the button in the upper right corner "Join Us Now".
- On the next page, click the red button to become a member.
- On the next page, look for the highlighted text asking if you're already a member.
- Click the link shown to log into your account. This workaround has also worked for many members.
